I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with comfortable king size bed and excellent bathroom, for example was not a problem. The hotel has a central location close to famous landmark of Khodja Ahmad Yasawi mausoleum...
Their breakfast is cold, can definitely be improved.

Jaw-dropping view of the mausoleum from the room, super friendly personnel, private sauna, mind-blowing authentic Kazakh breakfast, AC keeps room cool during scorching temperatures. Ideal location, helpful staff finding excursion driver, neat room and bathroom, reliable wifi, varied and plentiful cold breakfast options, great value for money. Double the breakfast choices, safe & English-speaking driver. Excellent breakfast buffet, wide range of options, comfortable room, complimentary water.

The rooms at Hotel Khanaka in Turkistan are absolutely amazing, dude! They have air conditioning and a wardrobe, which is like a dream come true in this scorching heat. And guess what? All the guest rooms have a freaking flat-screen TV, so you can catch up on your favorite shows after a long day of exploring. Oh, and this twin room I stayed in had a private entrance, making me feel like a VIP. Totally loved it, man!
Hmm, if I had to pick one thing I liked less, it would be the soundproofing in the suite. It's not bad or anything, but I could still hear a bit of noise from outside.

I had a great stay at Khanaka hotel for 3 nights while exploring the city. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main sights. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options. The view from my room window overlooking the Mausoleum was breathtaking.
Would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay here. The breakfast, which included caviar, was of great quality, and the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel's location was ideal, close to everything in the surrounding area, including the train station which was reasonably priced. The icing on the cake was the stunning view of the ruins from our window.
Nothing to fault.
